Informations about Delivery :

We propose different delivery methods: you can collect your purchases directly in the shop (all are situated IN Montreal at the moment, you will get more information on the exact location by email or if you check our “contact” page) or the classic delivery. For the classic delivery you’ll have the choice between fast and normal delivery.

For the moment, we deliver in the U.S., in Canada and in Europe. For any international delivery, please contact info@immenselifestyle.com. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service by phone: 1-438-797-1749 (Canada) et 1-438-927-5954 (Québec).

Once your purchased items are out for delivery, you will receive an email with all of your tracking information. To track the package, click on the link, select “track my package” and enter your tracking number and your email address.

We only dispatch packages during weekdays (Monday to Friday). Every order made after 12PM will be taken care of the next weekday. If we are experiencing higher volumes, your order might take longer to be processed. For classic delivery, your product will be at your door in 5 to 7 weekdays. If you choose express delivery, your order should arrive in about 2 days. If you choose to pick up in one of our Montreal stores, you can go to pick it up the day after your order.

Payment Informations

We accept credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If your credit card was issued outside of the U.S. or Canada, further verification can occur.

We are doing our best to keep every information on this website accurate, but mistakes happen. In this kind of situation, Immense lifestyle will directly cancel the order. Every authorised payment for such an order would be returned immediately. If you see a mistake in your order after delivery, please contact our customer service.

We only use the information you give us to better our service to you, by processing your orders the fastest way possible and making your customer experience better. We respect privacy, by law and by conviction, and your private information will never be shared outside of the frame of your orders with us.

Orders and Returns

First, click on a product name or picture to access the product page. To order, choose any relevant option for your product such as color, quantity or size. Then, click on “buy now”. Enter any relevant information to the processing of your order, such as your address, name, etc. and then click on “order now”. Please carefully check that all your information is correct, and you will be redirected to the payment page after you validate all of your information.

You will have a 30 days window to cancel or modify an order.

To cancel or to make any change on the order:

  • If you have an account with us you can manage it from there.
  • If you don’t have an account, please contact us by email or on our social media.

Warning! To be able to return a product and exchange it or be reimbursed the tags must not have been taken off !
